Just a Few Ingredients

  • Whipping cream
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Red Velvet cake mix
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Oreo cookies

How to Make

  • Whisk together sweetened condensed milk,. dry cake mix and cocoa powder.
  • Then, in a clean mixing bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 5-8 minutes.
  • Fold the whipped cream into your sweetened condensed milk. Add in the broken cookies.
  • Spoon mixture into a freezer safe container with lid and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.

Can I Used Any Brand of Cake Mix?

Yes. You will need just 1 cup of the dry mix. Any brand will work.

Can I Use Something Besides Oreo Cookies?

Yep. If you don’t like Oreo cookies, you can go with cooked brownie bites, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows or whatever you wish!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dry red velvet cake mix
  • 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 15-20 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk,. dry cake mix and cocoa powder. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Take 1/4 cup of beaten whipped cream and fold into the sweetened condensed milk mixture. Then, fold in the remainder of the whipped cream. Gently fold in your crushed cookies.
  4. Spoon mixture into a freezer safe container with lid and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving. If desired, you can add additional crushed cookies on top of the ice cream before freezing.
