No Churn Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream- -Soft peanut butter ice cream packed full of chocolaty brownie bites! No ice cream machine required.

Ingredients Needed:

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Whipping cream
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Brownie bites

Brownie Bites:

Use your favorite brownies for this ice cream. You can make them homemade from a recipe, make a boxed version or buy them already made at the bakery/grocery store. Whichever you chose, simply cut them into bite size pieces/chunks of your desired size. If you do choose to make them homemade, be sure they cool completely before adding them to your ice cream . Tip: Freezing them ( about 30 minutes) before adding them in will assist a bit in keeping them held together.

How to Make:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside.
  • Then, in a mixing bowl, with the whisk attachment, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Take about 1/4 cup of your whipped cream and fold it into the sweetened condensed milk/peanut butter mixture. Take the remaining whipped cream and fold it in gently. Finally, fold in the brownie bites.
  • Spread mixture into a freezer safe container and cover. Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.

  1. I am gluten free and don’t have any brownies right now. Can I make this with chocolate chips? I adore peanut butter! Thank you.
