- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk,. dry cake mix and cocoa powder.
- Then, in a clean mixing bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 5-8 minutes.
- Fold the whipped cream into your sweetened condensed milk. Add in the broken cookies.
- Spoon mixture into a freezer safe container with lid and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
Can I Used Any Brand of Cake Mix?
Yes. You will need just 1 cup of the dry mix. Any brand will work.
Can I Use Something Besides Oreo Cookies?
Yep. If you don’t like Oreo cookies, you can go with cooked brownie bites, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows or whatever you wish!

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dry red velvet cake mix
- 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- 15-20 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk,. dry cake mix and cocoa powder. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Take 1/4 cup of beaten whipped cream and fold into the sweetened condensed milk mixture. Then, fold in the remainder of the whipped cream. Gently fold in your crushed cookies.
- Spoon mixture into a freezer safe container with lid and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving. If desired, you can add additional crushed cookies on top of the ice cream before freezing.
