Yes, more peanut butter! I hope you don’t mind, because, I kinda love the stuff. 🥜 🙂

What about you? Peanut Butter Lover?

What Other Ingredients Do You Need?

  • Old fashion oats
  • Salt + Baking Soda+ Ground Cinnamon
  • Eggs
  • Coconut palm sugar : If you don’t have any on hand, brown sugar will also work. However, the nutritional information may change.
  • Vanilla
  • Dark chocolate chips ( semi sweet or milk chocolate will also work)

These cookies are crazy easy to make: Simply stir the ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. You can use a silicone spatula or a wooden spoon for this.

Then, refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours. You can chill the dough longer, even overnight, if desired.

When, it’s ready, scoop the dough by the tablespoon and place on your baking sheet.

Bake until the edges are brown. They will look a little soft at first, but, don’t worry, they will firm up as they cool. Be careful..you don’t want to over bake them.

They are amazing warm with a cold glass of milk.

Enjoy-
