Ingredients Notes

What is Kielbasa?

It is a type of sausage. It is also known as polish sausage. You can find kielbasa cooked and uncooked. For this recipe you want cooked kielbasa. You will probably find it in the same section as the hot dogs in your grocery store. Kielbasa does come in a few different varieties…pork, beef, or turkey. As long as it’s cooked, any flavor will work.

Can I Use Turkey Bacon?

Yes. However, keep in mind that turkey bacon can be different in size. You may need to adjust the size of slice you need for the bites. You may also need to adjust your cooking time.
