Ingredients Needed
- Chocolate chips
- Oil
- Evaporated milk
Chocolate chips
I prefer dark chocolate chips, but, semi- sweet will work just fine.
Oil
I like to use coconut oil for this dip. However, I have used sunflower and canola oil in a pinch.
Evaporated Milk
You will only need 1/2 cup. Be sure to store the leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator.

How to Make
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate chips. Add in evaporated milk and coconut oil and continue until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
- Keep a close eye on it and stir frequently. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Can I Use The Microwave?
Yes. However, you will have to melt the mixture in 30 second intervals. This will help prevent burning.
Storage
Store your leftover dip in a covered container in the refrigerator. When you are ready to enjoy it again, simply heat it up in a saucepan or in the microwave.
