- Blueberries + Flour

recipe notes
Why Do I Coat the Blueberries in Flour?
This will help prevent the blueberries from sinking in your cake.
Can I Use Any Brand of Cake Mix?
Yes. This will work with a yellow, white or vanilla cake mix. It will need to be a standard size box ( 15-18 oz) for this recipe to work. But, any brand will do the trick.
What About Frosting?
I frosted ours with a Cream Cheese Frosting. However, a standard vanilla buttercream will also go great with this cake. Homemade or store bought. 👍

Buttermilk
None on hand? Whisk 1/4 cup of vinegar or lemon juice into 1 1/4 cups of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then, proceed with recipe as noted.
