Cream Cheese

Be sure your cream cheese if softened! This makes beating it soooo much easier and will give your pudding a creamy consistency.

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies-

  • AKA “Oreo Cookies” You can use any variety ( gluten free, double stuff, etc) or brand equivalent.
  • If you don’t have a food processor, you can place the cookies in a large Ziploc/plastic storage bag. Be sure to remove any air from the bag and seal it well. Then, take a rolling pin and gently roll over the bag until the cookies are crushed.
  • You could also buy pre made Oreo cookie crumbs. You will need about 3- 3 1/2 cups.

Whipped Topping

AKA “Cool Whip”. Again, you can use any brand or variety ( fat free, low fat, etc)
